I’m super excited to share some Africans who inspire me, Africans who have done well for themselves against all odds.
Reading their life stories, listening to their creativity, laughing at their jokes and learning from their life lessons has taught me perseverance. I am motivated to share my stories and be the best version of me.
I am not going to say much about them because their work truly speaks for themselves, here we go:
1. Anele Mdoda

2. Trevor Noah
South African Comedian, host of the daily show. Author of “Born a crime”, a must read.
3. Nelson Mandela
First black president of South Africa, anti-apartheid revolutionary. He was in prison for 27 years for conspiring to overthrow the state. Author of ” Long Walk to freedom” and many more.
